After my lease was returned to XXXX XXXX on the return date ( XXXX ), the dealer rep told me everything was taken care of with my lease return and nothing needed to be done. XXXX claimed I contacted them to notify the lease was returned in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX claimed to send me settlement letter to my address which I never received- mail was the only contact method claimed that they used, but I received no notifications of this. Received notice that my credit score dropped over 100 points and that there was a charge off on my account around XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I immediately paid this charge that I was just notified of. Received a claim response from XXXX with XXXX XXXX which was very thorough but incomplete, when trying to contact her or her team to provide the odometer statement for proof I have been unsuccessful. XXXX XXXX is a terrible company to deal with and it has been very frustrating and time consuming.
