I have disputed XXXX XXXX XXXX and they still have not validated the debt with a contract that has my signature stating that I have a contract with their agency. As a third party they are in violation of the Privacy Act of 1974 because I have not given them my social security number for the purposes of a contractual relationship with them or permission to be in possession of my personal identifying information in violation of the FCRA and the FCDPA permissible purposes 15 USC 1681b and validate the debt 15 USC 1692 including providing the master servicing agreement for the debt as well as the items listed in my letter that was sent to XXXX XXXX requesting the debt be validated before reporting to the bureaus within the initial 30 days of receiving their letter and I complied and I received nothing but they posted defaming information to my credit report with through a third party XXXX which is a violation of my rights according to the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Patriot Act under Title 12 for companies who are securitizing my data through the SEC without my permission must have certain identifying documents and I have not provided any of those documents to XXXX XXXX. I am prepared to take legal action against both XXXX and XXXX XXXX for using my bureau reports to post negative and defamatory information to my credit reports without my permission. Also the follow addresses do not belong to me and are a violation of identity theft because I never lived there. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX All of the above addresses that are fraud and do not belong to me. Please remove these addresses from my credit report. I have a right to a fair and accurate reporting to my credit report in accordance to the laws of the FCRA. I am the person who determines what posts to my report. Not XXXX nor XXXX XXXX and both must conduct themselves in accordance with the laws of the FCRA, FCDPA and the Privacy Act of 1974.
