This is the 3rd request! This is not a request to verify the account please see the LAW, YES THE ACTUAL LAW below : In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX or XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Please see above LAW, this isn't a request to verify this is the law that clearly states that I have the right not to have companies report to my credit without a WRITTEN REQUEST FROM ME, which at no time have I ever given WRITTEN PERMISSION. Lasty Equifax and XXXX asked for my ID and address so please see the attached requested doc 's in the uploaded forms sections. My ID has everything asked for on it.
