Below is what i originally sent Chime Bank with Images of the fraudulent activity, I followed up with an email from XXXX showing that they indeed acknowledged unauthorized transactions had occurred. They sent me no copies or reasons why i would not be refunded my money. I had fraudulent charges on my XXXX account on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX when I first noticed it and they told me to change my password and theyd escalate it to investigative team. On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed another unauthorized charge and called again, this time they helped me remove my payment methods from their system, put my XXXX account on hold and said they would add it to on-going report. I received an alert that the ipad air ordered on XX/XX/XXXX had been delivered and called XXXX again, this lady was not aware of previous reports but promised to send me a follow up email, I asked for a case number and she couldnt provide. I took as many screenshots of the XXXX transactions I could, they are going to XXXX separate NY addresses. The charges are for XXXX and XXXX. I do not know anyone in New york and I have never sent anything there.
