XXXX of 2023, my younger brother XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) leased out a car with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX United States ) XXXX, my twin brother XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) cosigned for XXXX 's XXXX. XXXX used his information and on the paper work of XXXX XXXX XXXX the information written is accurate, but when Veros Credit XXXX financing company ) input the information on their end somehow my social security number was used instead. I was not present nor did I sign/know that XXXX was getting a vehicle. I wasn't notified about this purchase until XX/XX/2023 when I checked my credit report. I have tried contacting Veros Credit to resolve this situation but they just tell me I have no access because my name is not linked to any information. This has caused my credit to drop drastically and caused a lot of damages include getting out a car loan, apartment loan, school loan, and emotional distress.
