Jefferson Capital Systems called my phone at XXXXXXXX XXXX and at XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I have an XXXX and calls that are not in my contacts are sent directly to voicemail. Jefferson Capital never left a message at anytime and I didnt know that were trying to reach me specifically until I was served with a summons. So to answer the summons I had to go back to research if they ever tried to contact me and that is when I seen what had occurred.
