In order to ensure and obtain a 100 % accurate and verifiable credit report In accordance with the FCRA, I have requested that XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion to remove an unverifiable account from my credit report via US mail and online dispute. I have stated that I am not liable for any debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX account : XXXX or XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not signed any contract with them whatsoever. Moreover, the credit agencies have not provided me with any of the documentation or proof that I've been requesting- via mail or online, yet they are consistently updating my disputes to include XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In addition to me disputing the account in its entirety, there are several inaccuracies reporting on XXXX and XXXX beginning in XX/XX/XXXX and then from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has also mistakenly or falsely labeled my dispute reasons as : '' Invalid date '' However, I am 100 % certain that I submitted each dispute for XXXX XXXX XXXX as : " I do not recognize this account ''. The failure of the credit reporting agencies to timely and accurately verify this is account is negatively impacting my credit score and decreasing my chance at being accepted into a first time homebuyers program. I need a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
