On XX/XX/2023 - XXXX is harassing me and using abusive and profane language when contacting my phone. I told them to put me on the do not call list and they asked for my social security number. When I told them I won't be giving that they told me they couldn't help me. When contacting them back to stop contacting and put me on do not call list, I was told they do not make phone calls which is a lie and very unacceptable practices. I am sure this is a violation of the FDCPA. It is the CFPB 's job to protect the consumer and ENFORCE the LAW. Please forward to general counsel. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
