To : EXPERIAN shall take notice XX/XX/XXXX per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I am now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer XXXX have accidentally gave up by all written, verbal and non-verbal per 15 USC 6802. I also do have the right to privacy especially under the privacy act of 1974. The continuation to report would be more proof to the language fraud against a federally protected consumer ( XXXX ). I never agreed to about using promotional use of my credit and there shall be no balancing reporting as this would be outside of the request of privacy. The attached credit report shows that how EXPERIAN has not followed applicable laws by reporting late payment transaction on open ended credit cards transactions also. According to my most recent credit report, your company is currently reporting a hard inquiry that I do not recognize. The presence of such items will likely affect my worthiness and decrease my chances of acquiring any new credit. You are not permitted to inquire about any debt of mine without authorization and I do not recall authorizing these inquiries. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that a creditor be able to verify the hard inquirers that no account can be found reference to harming when no written authorization of the consumer giving the creditor permission to review their credit. By provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report. I would like to be provided proof that I consented to these inquiries via FCRA section 609 and 605 as well as accuracy of these inquiries via FCRA section 623. If you can provide me a copy of the application authorizing the disclosure of credit files with my signature, I will accept the inquiry. If a signed authorization can not be found please remove the inquiry from the three main credit bureaus immediately. The presence of these inquiries is adversely affecting my credit report and is impeding my ability to obtain necessary credit. If you would be so kind to forward the following information as well : - A description of the procedures used in your investigation - Original documentation regarding this inquiry - All records pertaining to actual inquiry to prove validity According to Section 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports 15 U.S. Code 1681b In general.
