On XX/XX/2023, via certified mail ( XXXX XXXX Number XXXX ) Equifax received a package from me which contained : proof of my identity, the specific information that is the result of identity theft, and a copy of my complete and submitted Identity Theft Report with the Federal Trade Commission. As the consumer reporting agency, Equifax has failed to provide any documentation that would allow them to reasonably determines a condition to rescind blocking Account # XXXX - XXXX XXXX under Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Equifax has failed to block this account, and also failed to provide documentation to justify recinding said block, which is a clear violation of 15 U.S. Code 2068. The previous mentioned violation ( of Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ) constitutes a separate but continuing violation 15 U.S. Code 2068, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense ( {$1000.00} each according to 15 U.S. Code 1681n ), the maximum civil penalty shall not exceed {>= $1,000,000}.
