it is my belief that my information was used in an identity thief from my ex landlord when i was doing repairs on the house and his sister that was getting rent from me but was not reporting it to the Michigan department of human services. i informed them that i was going to expose the matter. i was removed from the home years ago and unfortunately some of my mail continued to be sent to that address. i reported the use of my information to Opploans that has reported this item on my credit report which is hurting my credit score as we speak. my id number with the ftc XXXX doing the Covid 19 relief funds they tried to get me to fill out forms to submit for non payment but i had receipts that i paid rent. most of the family has moved out of town or deceased. also this not being my loan i did in fact submit repayment because it coming in my name. Section 22750. ( a ) states if any amount other than, or in excess of, the charges permitted by this division is willfully charged, contracted for, or received, the contract of the loan is void, and no person has any right to collect or receive any principal, charges, or recompense in connection with the transaction.
