HI, I had service with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and we had provided them our dental insurance and also credit card to charge any outstanding fees. We were charged on our credit card and have proof of it. Now in XX/XX/XXXX, i am surprised to see collection notice from colletor " CBA '' - Collection Bureau of America. I want to report 2 issues, 1. We dont owe any money to XXXX XXXX XXXX and the collection is wrongful. XXXX. I didnt have any communication with debt collector since XXXX, not a single phone call where we had 2-way communication. I am not sure one of the spam phone numbers was their. I dont have any electronic communication nor via mail. XXXX. I havent been provided any proof of outstanding debt. My credit history is now taken a hit and i would like to sue the company for doing it wrongfully.
