On XX/XX/2023, I made an online purchase for an item from a company entitled XXXX XXXX. The XXXX carrier expected to deliver my package however, the item was either misdelivered or lost in transit because it was never received. I had to struggle with the consumer and XXXX to reimburse me for the lost package. The consumer displayed a lack of support during this claim process and XXXX constantly referred me to the seller per their policy. After this difficult ordeal for 2 months, I finally filed a XXXX complaint against XXXX and XXXX customer relations provide a goodwill payment in the amount of $ and advised me that the consumer should have filed the claim and handled the resolution with them directly. I have open a dispute in which Affirm denied and told me to resolve the matter with XXXX. I then submitted an appeal or re-evaluation indicating that since the consumer did not follow the correct procedures in terms of the refund, I should not be responsible for the loan. I also filed two XXXX complaints against Affirm for this loan that should have been closed.
