In 2021 my son and I got a vehicle from Acura XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. when the contract was presented to me by my son XXXX, He expressed that they XXXX & Acura XXXX XXXX committed fraud & identity theft by transferring the my name from the co-signee to the principal, I am not a Principal nor a minor I am a Beneficiary of the investor XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, I gave no authority to do anything without my permission, they then electronically signed the contract and submitted it. turning it into a security and have failed to give me any acknowledgemen to their proceedings. They have also been reporting on my credit file which I gave them NO such authority to do such actions and such acts violate sec regulations /the Uniform Commercial Codes /the CFR /CRA/ and many consumer laws. they have also gave my private information to a third party non afilliate who came on private property and terified not just me but my XXXX XXXX XXXX mother and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter. XXXX never provided any arbitration 's nor provided any judicial warrant by a judge to collect the property. there has been payments made to XXXX and has been ignored/ost or refused. My son has been in contact with CFPB and XXXX has been harassing me by calling me after i have expressed to them not to call my phone to call my son XXXX. we have reached out to the SEC and also the state attorney general behind these matters.
