These are additional issues the attorney XXXX XXXX should have addressed before this claim was filed in the lower court : BMG was sent a billing error notice, 1099-c and requested they send me a copy of the 1099-c and 1099-a also a true bill, they refused. BMG fraudulently made several loan accounts under my name. when i notified them and questioned BMG about this finding they fraudulently reported to the IRS for a tax write off and sold the debt to Absolute solutions investment, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX who, then turn around and is now Sueing under fraud.
