I was provided an Amex gift card from my company. The gift card shows activation date and dollar amount for use {$50.00}. I was only able to use it once on a XXXX order and says I have {$30.00} left to use. I cant use the remaining balance anywhere! Ive tried online merchants and in store merchants. Ive called their customer service line 4 times, each time with someone incompetent and useless to speak to. They told me they dont know how to troubleshoot this problem, and everyone else that has called in is having the same issue. This is unethical for millions of people to have gift card balances that they cant use!
