I requested a refund for the student loan payments I made during the COVID pause. I only received 3 payments back. I called Nelnet to make sure they sent all of my records for my payment records. My loan was transferred from Great Lakes to them during COVID and they have the records of all my payments for the last 5 years. They said that they sent my Great Lakes record of payments as well. I received checks for 3 of the payments dated XX/XX/XXXX I did not receive a refund for the other payments I made. In XXXX, I called and spoke to a representative that told me that they also sent my payment records from Great Lakes since my loan had been transferred and I should be receiving my refund shortly. I called again at the end of XXXX and asked for the representative to re-send the request because I still had not received my refund for all the payments. It is now almost XXXX and I have yet to receive that refund. I have attached the documentation.
