Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to express my continued concern regarding the issue related to my credit report. In my original complaint, I detailed my deep concern and dissatisfaction with XXXX 's, XXXX and Transunion reporting of my transaction history, including late or missed payments, which I firmly believe is a direct violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Privacy Act of 1974. I have attached a copy of my original complaint for reference. To summarize, the FCRA defines a " consumer report '' and explicitly excludes reports containing information solely about transactions or experiences between the consumer and the institution making the report. By reporting late or missed payments and credit utilization on my consumer credit report for my consumer credit plans, XXXX has violated my rights under the FCRA and my rights under the Privacy Act of 1974. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. I believe that accurate and fair reporting of consumer information is essential, and I am seeking a resolution to this issue in accordance with the law.
