This company called Debt Recovery Solutions placed a debt collection report on my credit report. I have never ever conducted any business with this company and I believe that this company is committing fraud because its attempting to collect money for a debt that doesn't pertain to me. I requested for this company to send me documents that show my signature to prove that I made any contractual agreement with them and they failed to produce it. My credit report is being damaged by their report on XX/XX/XXXX. I plan on suing this company for violating the laws regarding harassing my phone demanding this outrageous amount of money to be paid to them.
