Hi, In XX/XX/XXXX, I went to the ChecknGo website. I requested the terms for a loan. The website asked for bank information so they could verify account and funds. I provided this. The next day, there was {$500.00} in my account. I had not signed any loan documents. I sent an email to ChecknGo to cancel loan because legally I have three days to cancel. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and talked to XXXX at this company. I also called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX from this company. Neither tried to help me cancel this loan. I also sent Notice of Cancellation to the address below through XXXX with XXXX : Check 'n Go XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX ChecknGo gave me notice that if I provided written cancellation to the address above by XX/XX/XXXX, the loan would be cancelled. My USPS receipt shows it was delivered by XX/XX/XXXX. I later received notice from ChecknGo that I owed {$1200.00} for the {$500.00} loan. I called ChecknGo and asked them to provide proof I had signed a loan agreement. They never provided proof. I later received notice from a collection agency that had purchased this debt from ChecknGo. ChecknGo was able to collect money from this fraudulent loan. ChecknGo needs to be investigated for this fraudulent behavior and stopped from ripping people off for significant amounts of money. Thanks, XXXX XXXX
