On XX/XX/23 around XXXX while I was at work I got a notification that {$600.00} was taken out of my chime account and I immediately called and filed a dispute over the phone. Overnight my dispute was denied and I got an email once again while at work notifying me of the denial I call again and filed a rebuttal that was denied in under 30 minutes and another was denied under 30 minutes and I called to have another submitted and I was told it was being submitted but yesterday I found out that was not done and I just did another and 20 something minutes later it was denied. After having this happen to me I found out that chime was known for this. This is the bulk of my first payment at my job and its XXXX this is not ok and this has been over the span of almost 2 weeks. I filed a police report and fbi complaint and also a XXXX complaint as well but at this point I have ran out of patience and need a solution in a timely manner just like how I can be denied under 30 minutes.
