Navy Federal Credit Union has reported my private and non-public financial information to affiliate and non-affiliate third-parties, including but not limited to credit reporting agencies such as XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX . Navy Federal Credit Union has never provided me with an adequate Notice of my right to Opt-Out of the disclosure and sharing of my personal and private information nor the required form in which I could complete and return to them pursuant to 15 USC 6802 and 16 CFR 313.7. I've requested in the past on multiple occasions for the Navy Federal Credit Union and the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX to cease reporting my private non-public information, as it is defamatory, inaccurate and an infringement on my right to privacy, but no changes have been made. Because of this unlawful and inaccurate information relating to my private affairs being reported, I have been financially harmed by being denied credit, and have suffered emotionally. I've mailed requests and electronic messages to Navy Federal to cease their reporting of my private information.
