I reached out to Trans union back in XXXX again in XXXX, XXXX and now XXXX To follow up with my complaint and they gave me the run around. Hung up on the phone when I started asking more detail questions. They have listed incorrect inquiries on my credit which cause my score to go down and I was denied credited based on what they said. Today XX/XX/XXXX I'm trying to freeze my credit online and I'm getting denied online access. I log in and ask for a chat conversation. The Chat person I spoke to is XXXX and she said, " oh it must be a technical glitch, but I can't fix it for you you'll have to continue to call to talk to someone who can. However I can freeze your credit for you ... ''
