Over 90 days ago I requested XXXX and Transunion to remove a late payment that they are mis reporting on my credit report. They failed to do a resonable investigation and lied that they had completed their infestation. I would like to be sent proof of this investigation that verifies that what they are claiming ( 30 day late payment ) in fact is the case. I am requesting they spoke to and what documents they received to ensure accuracy in what they are reporting. I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE WITH A PAYMENT TO ANYONE. and would like to be shown proof that they received to be reporting a late payment. Their late payment shows the following XXXX XXXX.
