This is in reference to a dismissed bankruptcy on my credit profile after many months of submitting paperwork the above item is still be report as verified, I have sent them the credit file letter from their data provider stating that they have deleted the item from their records. I have provide information from the court as well. They have refused to obey my rights and refused to obey the law of the Land in the fair credit reporting act. I am submitting this last request to have this item removed or I will submit this to my lawyer for civil lawsuit. It is not possible for them to keep sending vague responses such as We have reviewed your concerns and our conclusions are A dismissed XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX remains on the credit file for 7 years. Their is no mention of process they listed the source of XXXX XXXX XXXX. It is clear that this is a willful act of deception because the data provider has the item deleted from their system it was removed in XXXX I have sent their new version of the resolution letter to Equifax on XX/XX/2023 their response was dated XX/XX/2023 with the answer. above.
