Consumer Narrative
I have auto pay set up, but every time my payments are due it looks like its being processed and then the payment is reversed without my knowledge. I called my bank to check if there are any blocks with my account, and they do not have any blocks that would cause issues with making my loan payments. I have not been able to get in touch with EdFinancial to figure out why my payments have been reversed over the past 3 months, causing me to have missed and overdue payments when that should not be the case. I have auto pay set up, and my bank says there is no blocks on their end that would cause any issues with making payments.
