On XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023, letters were sent exercising my right as a consumer and requesting that Transunion provide the information on file used to determine the completeness and accuracy of any information during this investigation in accordance with FCRA 609 [ 15 U.S.C. 1681g ]. Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I advise that these items be investigated and removed from my report. It is my understanding that you will verify these items with the creditor who has reported them. Please remove any information that the creditor can not verify. In accordance with FCRA 611. [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ], a consumer reporting agency by law, must complete this reinvestigation within 30 days of receipt of my letter if they have failed to do so.
