I received notification from all my credit bureaus that collection agency Reliant Capital Solution added an account to all my credit reports. This collection agency never contacted me in any form or fashion so that I could dispute and prevent this account from being added to my credit files. This account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was removed years ago because this was not a validated debt that I owed. Therefore, it would have not been applied to my credit files because it is not my debit. I would appreciate this collection agency is contacted and advised to remove from my credit files that they are currently reporting to as of XX/XX/XXXX it was added. It was opened XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of XXXX and they had plenty of time to contact me regarding this account. This company violated by rights and this debt needs to be removed as soon as possible.
