On XX/XX/XXXX I had a hard inquiry removed off my XXXX credit report instead of my credit score going up it went down XXXX points. From XXXX to XXXX I want a real investigation.This is not the first time that happened, the other 2 credit bureaus have done the same with credit reporting. I feel there should be a investigation done of the past XXXXwo years on all three bureaus before I have to get a lawyer. In past two years I have sent police reports of being a victim of identity theft keep telling me they never received them when I sent them certified mail to be signed. All the credit cards on my reports that's showing negative aren't mines and I need them off my credit report ASAP because I am tired of playing with them. The credit bureaus is designed to keep XXXX XXXX People at certain score level and I can prove it.
