About a week or so ago I noticed charges on my cash app account from a company called XXXX XXXX that werent mine. I contacted cash apps customer service to make them an aware of the issue and to file a dispute and to get a new cash app card mailed out to me. I was told Id be receiving to card within a few days and that a dispute would be filed. Not even two days later I got a notification that the dispute was denied and for no reason. When I tried to ask their customer service them why it was denied I was ignored. When I received my new cash app card the following day I tried to activate it and it kept stating that the exp date was wrong which made no sense. Once again I contacted their customer service team and was told my card would be disabled other no way to get another one but if I wanted to continue to send money through cash app I could. ARE YOU XXXX KIDDING ME? I have called numerous times and keep getting told the same thing-its because I filed a dispute and I wouldnt be able to use a cash app card any longer. My issue is this-the account was supposedly closed accidentally. So I had to make a new account using the same email address. I received an email from XXXX XXXX stating they reverse a {$100.00} payment back to my card that was used unauthorized-that card was the XXXX cash app card that they disabled on the account that is now closed. So how am I supposed to get my XXXX money???
