Re : Compliance Procedures I recently requested a dispute with your agency, and you did not fix the errors regarding inaccurate accounts in my credit report. The status of these accounts is incorrect. XXXX and Equifax are reporting these accounts as current with no derogatory information yet you XXXX are. You can not report an account as a charge off and current at the same time thats like being charged for 1 crime two times. I demand you update these accounts to current or delete them until you correct them, please. I have documentation that prove my dispute. Currently, I ask that you remove these accounts. If you dont remove these accounts, I have no choice but to file litigation and you will be required to compensate me for damaging my reputation and refusing to remove an inaccurate account that you failed to complete a reasonable investigation into. I would appreciate it if this matter could be solved now. 1. Under 15 USC 1666B this is a billing error always payee as agreed on time this is an error this account in violation XXXX Account Number : XXXX Please correct/update this inaccurate information on my credit report.
