They have recently deleted the delinquency dates on the following Tradelines which are past the 7 year reporting limit : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX First Delinquency XXXX XXXX negative tradeline discharged XXXX XXXX NEARLY XXXX XXXX XXXX - they refuse to delete it and the representative stated that she did not have to adhere to the FCRA statutes, just what training she felt she had! No investigation or deletion occurred. XXXX XXXX Past 7 year FCRA staute of limitations ... yet someone within Equifax simply copied the data from a different account I had with this creditor instead of deleting the record as law dictatesQ 2 different XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Accounts- INCORRECTLY UPDATED WITH NEGATIVE DISPUTE COMMENTS ON XX/XX/XXXX ... .BOTH ARE OLD AUTO LOANS WHICH CLOSED SATISFACTORILY ... ONCE AGAIN A REP AT EQUIFAX ARBITRARILY ADDED XXXX INFO TO TRADELINES FRAUDULENTLY. I PAY THE PRICE HAVING XXXX STRONG AUTO LOANS FROM FACTORING INTO MY SCORE - PREVENTING MY NEW HOME PURHASE WITH ALL THESE ERRORS! XXXX XXXX XXXX - AGAIN FALSELY REPORTED DISPUTE COMMENTS WHICH I DID NOT INITIATE! AGAIN REMOVING A POSITIVE ACCOUNT FROM FACTORING INTO MY CREDIT HISTORY! XXXX XXXX - XXXX SENT XXXX LETTER WHICH I SENT TO EQUIFAX REQUESTING REMOVAL OF THIS FRAUDULENTLY REPORTING TRADELINE. THERE IS NO CREDIT INQUIRY, I DID NOT APPLY FOR CREDIT WITH THEM.
