Tenaglia and Hunt filed for wage garnishment against me, however I do not make enough at my job for my wages to legally be garnished. I was told by a rep of Tenaglia and Hunt I could settle my account after my employer responded to the court order. My employer told me they had responded to the court order and said they can't garnish my wages. A couple months later I received some money, enough that I was hoping I could settle the account. I called Tenaglia and Hunt but they told me it was still in wage garnishment and I couldn't settle it. I asked a friend of mine who is a lawyer and she called the court house and the court case was dismissed months ago, which means the card should no longer be in wage garnishment. At this point I no longer had the money to the settle the card.
