I financed my XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX, and put {$2000.00} down on it. I also paid {$500.00} to XXXX XXXX for full coverage on my car and Gap Insurance, which apparently didn't do a XXXX thing for me! In the month of XXXX I took my car back to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX times because it was overheating, in total they had my car for XXXX weeks. They claimed they fixed it, but I drove it from XXXX XXXX to XXXX, XXXX and it started overheating again, so I left my car in XXXX, XXXX at my cousin 's house. He drove me back home, but I intended to go back in the next day or XXXX either to fix it myself or hopefully I found a XXXX mechanic. It overheated on XXXX, that's when I left it at my cousin 's house in XXXX, it was stolen from his house on the night of XXXX, he called me and called the State Troopers to file for a stolen car. I called XXXX XXXX Police to report my car stolen also, but I was told by the operator I can not file it in XXXX XXXX because the car was in XXXX. My cousin has the police report & the State Troopers name and badge #. I called XXXX XXXX, but they didn't do XXXX for me but give me a XXXX number to call to file my claim, and it took me XXXX days to finally get through on the phone! She took my information, and gave me my claim # XXXX and told me that they would contact me within XXXX hours, after about XXXX or XXXX days I called back. The operator was surprised that no one had called and gave me the name & number of the lady that was handling my case ( XXXX XXXX ). I'm not certain of what day my car was found, but I believe it was around XXXX, it was taken to XXXX XXXX XXXX which is also the impound yard in XXXX, and a hold was placed on it by the Trooper for the investigation. During the middle of all this I end up in the XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX with my XXXX being XXXX in XXXX different places ( I will enclose the XXXX of my XXXX ). That was XXXX, I was taken to the ICU and ended up getting XXXX. ( This doesn't pertain to my case here, but I need to vent my frustration. This doctor XXXX me up, without my permission he pulled out all my teeth including my gold implants, I can not XXXX from my XXXX XXXX anymore and I can't smile anymore because half of my mouth feels like it is XXXX. Honestly, I look as if I had a XXXX and I can not speak very clearly anymore either. Oh, by the way its the left side of my mouth, which coincidentally is the side of my neck that the doctor operated on, left side ). I left the hospital on XXXX, right in the middle of my car getting stolen. I couldn't talk I tried, but sometimes you can understand me and sometimes not. I recently was told that my XXXX was back on the market for sale and the people who were selling my car were the exact company that I bought the XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX! Westlakes never informed me that found my car or picked it up, but apparently they told XXXX XXXX XXXX because they sold it to them for {$400.00}, yes I said {$400.00}. I looked on XXXXXXXX XXXX inventory online and I found it and saw that it has been for sale since XXXX, Westlakes still continues to call me from different phone number 's EVERYDAY. And, just today I recieved a letter from Westlakes stating that they have a special offer for me, lol. But, that my balance with them is {$17000.00}, but for a limited time they would take {$8900.00} AND transfer the title and all documents needed to put the XXXX in my name!!!! Them people are liars & thieves.
