Equifax is not updating my credit report. Since XXXX the only time they have updated anything is when I have disputed it. I paid off all of my credit cards in XXXX, Equifax still has me using 40 % of my available credit, and the ones they have updated they only did so because i disputed the balance. This is negatively effecting my ability to obtain credit. On the credit reprot it even shows the last payments they updated as being in XXXX, except for the ones I disputed. All of the companies in question have assured me they have notified Equifax of my status every month along with the other XXXX agencies ( XXXX and XXXX ) and that it is Equifax choosing not to update me
