On XX/XX/XXXX I received the following text " Free Fraud Alert : Jet Blue Card ending XXXX XXXX A charge for {$2600.00} at XXXX XXXX XXXX was not approved on XX/XX/XXXX. Reply 1 if valid. Reply 2 if not valid ''. I immediately responded by typing " 2 ''. See attached for further information. A hold was placed on my card and I called the credit card company BARCLAYS on XX/XX/XXXX to investigate the charges as well as other charges. I was informed there was a charge for {$3000.00} to XXXX establishment as well and the charge was approved. I disputed the charge and the credit card company credited my card pending investigation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed the charge of {$3000.00} recurred on my card. I called again to dispute charge and a temporary credit was issued pending a second investigation. I tried calling the credit card company but not success in resolving this issue.I received a letter XX/XX/XXXX, indicating the charge is valid and the {$3000.00} was applied to my account. I called the credit card company BARCLAYS to request video, picture, signature or other proof. The credit card rep reported the charge was made in person.
