XXXX XXXX XXXX is the accoun {$28000.00} Original balance {$19000.00} that TRANSUNION XXXX AND XXXX are violating my rights It it's illegal to report transaction history according to the Privacy Act of 1974 an the fair credit report act 15 USC 1681 they did not have my consent to report. this account is reporting inaccurate within all three bureaus 15 USC 1681 IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL TO REPORT TRANSACTION HISTORY AND ALL THREE Reporting agency are doing so this account with credit acceptance needs to be shown paid as agreed since it is illegal to report transaction history this is my person information nonpublic personal information. ( A ) The term nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable financial information ( i ) provided by a consumer to a financial institution ; ( ii ) resulting from any transaction with the consumer or any service performed for the consumer; or ( iii ) otherwise obtained by the financial institution. ( B ) Such a term does not include publicly available information, as such a term is defined by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title. ( C ) Notwithstanding subparagraph ( B ), such term ( i ) shall include any list, description, or other grouping of consumers ( and publicly available information pertaining to them ) that is derived using any nonpublic personal information other than publicly available information; but ( ii ) shall not include any list, description, or other grouping of consumers ( and publicly available information pertaining to them ) that is derived without using any nonpublic personal information.
