I have Grain Technology. My account has NEVER been delinquent. I get an alert today saying that my account has been past due since XXXX. How is that possible when payments have been coming out? They said they have been trying to contact me, nothing. Not in the app, not in email, not on phone. My credit score has gone down XXXX points over an account that is technically NOT delinquent. Grain technology is terrible, DO NOT USE THEM. They do not communicate and they charge a XXXX times a month only to show the account is delinquent
