I want to clarify that I canceled my membership with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023, both at the front desk and through email correspondence with the XXXX support team at XXXX, following the instructions provided by the XXXX staff. The email clearly shows that I followed the appropriate procedures to cancel my membership. Furthermore, I continued to be charged despite the cancellation of my XXXX XXXX membership, as outlined in the attached documents. These unauthorized charges are not in accordance with the terms of the contract and further substantiate the invalidity of the alleged debt.
