duty pursuant to the FCRA, it is EQUIFAX 's to be reporting correct and accurate information on my credit report and file, however they are NOT. EQUIFAX is reporting 2 unauthorised Hard enquiries on my account which are XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022, XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I am hereby notifying you that neither on that those dates or dates similar did I authorize any individual from the listed company to pull or review my consumer report. Additionally, I have not given EQUIFAX any right to furnish this information. Having understood this is a violation of 15 USC 1681 ( B ) ( C ). Both together and separately my consumer and privacy rights are being violated. To add to this, I did NOT give EQUIFAX written instruction/permission to furnish these FRAUDULANT Enquiries on my consumer report and file. It is clear that EQUIFAX has violated my federally protected consumer rights under the FCRA and the inaccurate reporting is causing me and my reputation severe harm and discrimination.
