I have spent many times to try to spend this gift card, but it is rejected by essentially every online store ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is gift credit card with {$100.00} gift value, which should be accepted anyplace where American express card is accepted. When I asked American Express where it is accepted, it just saying " They don't know, they blocked many stores to protect my fund ''. That is a scam, it essentially reject every online so that I can't figure where to spend. The money is in gift card but we just can't spend. The government should crack down such cheating practice by American Express.
