Ok so i have a cash app account and XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX company they rent scooters here in XXXX XXXX California where I'm currently living they have been trying to take {$6.00} cents out of my account almost for a year they were successful three times on taking {$6.00} out of my account on three separate occasions and I called Cash app and said I've never ridden their scooters I've never used their services or their products don't let them take any more money out of my account I put a block on them and I've been trying to get this {$6.00} * 3 refunded back to me from cash app and they just refused to do so and I don't know why and I can't get them to fix this problem. Again I've never used lime scooters I've never rented one of their scooters and the XXXX is like a monthly recurring fee if you become a member of their whatever but I've never done that so I don't even know how they got my card number cash app has put a block on them so they understand that it's a fraudulent charge yet they refuse to refund me the XXXX times that they charged me {$6.00} which makes no sense to me I've tried everything I've got lots of correspondence between me and cash app and they just seem to be running me in a circle. This started back in XXXX of XXXX and I've been trying to get the money back ever since. Again the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX who shows up on cash app as XXXX XXXX XXXX .... XXXX, novemeber XXXX and XX/XX/2022. And on a side note if you XXXX XXXX restore balance you'll find thousands I mean thousands of people who are experiencing the same problem as me with them just fraudulently taking money out of their bank accounts everything it's unbelievable that these people aren't being held to some criminal charges
