XXXX please be aware that this is my final notice that I am sending you before I move forward with suing your company due to negligence, defamation of character, and violation of the FCRA. The following account XXXX should be removed from my Experian credit report IMMEDIATELY. You are trying to collect a debt which is over the statute of limitations in the state of Texas. The account was to be removed from my credit report in XXXX of XXXX, yet it is still reporting. You are also furnishing different information between the XXXX bureaus such as the balance and the Date last active, and there's no close date listed. My account was closed in XX/XX/XXXX, so why is Experian reporting lates in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. This account has since been removed from XXXX and XXXX and Experian is expected to follow suit. I will attach my credit report to this complaint showing the erroneous errors and the date showing that this debt is uncollectable and the account being over XXXX XXXX XXXX. At this time, I am only requesting that this account be removed within 15 days. If this account persists, I will have no choice but to proceed with legal action against your company. Please see the attached docs and remove the aforementioned account from my credit report.
