In XXXX XXXX all of a sudden, a company, Navient reported eight student loans ( 8 ) on my XXXX credit report that does not belong to me and totaling over {$40000.00}. I have never had an account with Navient. I have student loans, but never had loans with Navient, ever. I requested copies of documentation bearing my signature and my social security number. And Navient never validated this information belong to me. I recall in XXXX these loans were ( 4 ) loans brought up in court case and was dropped. And was told by lawyer the information was insufficient. This would be " double jeopardy ''. I am requesting that this information be deleted from my credit file with XXXX. And collection attempts with Navient be stopped immediately. I dispute the accuracy, compliance and reportability of this information on my file.
