I have tried numerous times over the past year to get a copy of my ONLINE credit report from Transunion using their website. Also, I have tried numerous times to submit ONLINE disputes using their websites. Regardless of the web browser, when I go to submit a request for a credit report or to submit a dispute, the website doesn't provide any way to continue the request for the credit report or submitting the dispute. Furthermore, when I called them to request a ONLINE copy of my credit report, the representative informed me that I would have to wait for it to be mailed to me. In today 's electronic age, consumer 's should be able to take care of both of these items online. XXXX and XXXX offer credit reports and disputes online along with the ability to upload documents. Why doesn't Transunion offer these services online??? It seems to me that Transunion is forcing consumers to take outdated and arduous steps to see their credit reports and/or to submit disputes in hopes that they become discouraged and abandon the requests thus saving Transunion money and time by not having or meet the needs of the consumers.
