My new Experian XXXX XXXX checking account was hacked. Several fraudulent transactions were pending on my account when I checked my balance today. Yesterday I could not access my account balance at all from the Experian app. A representative advised me last night there was an ongoing issue with not being able to view the account balance and try logging in later or tomorrow. So I logged in today only to find that my account balance was almost entirely drained from several micro transactions made by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I reported it to Experian XXXX XXXX but the agent said she couldn't do anything because the transactions were still pending and had not posted yet. Agent could not help with adding a fraud alert either and could not get me to a supervisor.
