XXXX XXXX called today to explain that still go to dealership and even if they dont work with them. Process is getting a buyers order and emailing it to them. Would be funded within XXXX to XXXX business days. My bank is showing me a credit score of XXXX. XXXX XXXX is saying the soft pull they have is XXXX Also telling me they have not formally approved my loan in spite of email implying otherwise ( see complaint yesterday )
