I have XXXX small business accounts with XXXX merchant processing : 1. Under email XXXX 2. Under email XXXX Out of nowhere with no notice or explanation, XXXX said that we violated XXXX 's of our agreement with them ( see attached emails ). XXXX of the accounts, # XXXX, they shutdown immediately. The other account, # XXXX, they gave us 30 days to find a new merchant processor. XXXX gave XXXX warning, didn't ask for any information and just up and shutdown these accounts with no options to speak to the department. In XXXX of the accounts, I process invoicing and payments for over XXXX customers. While I understand they have a right to cancel my account at anytime, I would like to know the reason why and ask if there is any way to remain a customer.
