I closed two American Express Savings accounts on XXXX XXXX One account had approximately {$7000.00} The other account had approximately {$17000.00} I was told regarding the first delay to stop payment and they would issue new checks which I did in early XXXX They have said new checks were issued but I have still not received them It has been over 90 days without receipt of funds
