I have over XXXX dollars in my account from cash app, due to that being where I get my funds deposited from my job as I work for XXXX. I was not notified before a lock was placed on my account, I got off of work at XXXX after working XXXX hours, just to not be able to access any funds on my account, Cash App refuses to release my funds to me as they refuse to provide an explanation as to why my funds are still not released after verification process has been done. Cash app does not have proper customer service hours in order to get a proper resolution, as I told them it is illegal to hold funds, they disregard my questions.
